Semiprivate Training Series

Friends in semi private fitness trainingThe Feel Good Fitness Semiprivate Training Series makes expert guidance and instruction available at a lower cost and may also appeal to those who prefer the camaraderie of working with a group, especially one that’s intimate enough to afford everyone the instructor’s attention.

Designed for small groups of 3-5 people at a time, Semiprivate Training Sessions take place weekly for 6 weeks per series.

Variety

Each hour-long session includes a combination of strength, flexibility, balance and agility, as well as fun activities to elevate your heart rate! You will also be introduced to mindful movement – ways of tuning into your body and making your activity sessions even more effective.

Take-home knowledge

At the end of the series, each participant receives a summary of key exercises with illustrations to use on her own, plus a 10% discount on an Initial Assessment or on one private personal training session.

Friends

Form your own group of up to 4 friends and ask for your own time slot, or register with a group that’s already forming, and make new friends!
