Cancellation & Refund Policies
Sometimes our plans don’t unfold exactly as we imagined. In the event that you need to cancel a private session or withdraw from your enrollment in a class or workshop, following are the operating policies and procedures at Feel Good Fitness.
Payment is required in advance of your appointment in order to reserve that time for you. If after the first appointment you choose to have ongoing visits, advance payment for a minimum of four sessions is required to hold your chosen time(s).
There is no charge for cancellations received more than 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged in full. If you will be unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If email is not possible, please call or text 301-633-5070.
If you have purchased ongoing training and later find you’re not able to continue, you will be refunded for all sessions beginning 1 week (7 calendar days) from the time of your cancellation, minus a 10% administration fee. For example, if you purchased 8 weekly sessions and decide to stop after the 4th session, you will be refunded for all remaining sessions – minus 10% of the total refund – as long as you have provided at least a week’s notice before session 5. If you provide notice that is less than a week from the next session (in this case Session 5), you will forfeit the payment for that session.
Group Events (workshops, classes, semiprivate training)
Payment, Cancellation & Refunds
Feel Good Fitness is a private studio with space for a limited number of people. Your advance payment for a group event reserves your space in the class or workshop. Full refunds (minus a 20% administration fee) will be granted if you notify us of a cancellation at least 10 days before the start of the event. Cancellations within 10 days of a group event will not be refunded. There are no make-up sessions except in cases of inclement weather (see “Weather”).
In the event that extreme inclement weather necessitates a session cancellation by the instructor, there will be a make-up class held on another week on the same day & time as the session that was cancelled.
These policies were developed and continue to evolve with the goal of creating mutually respectful and responsible agreements between Feel Good Fitness and you. In addition to fitness expertise and guidance, the primary commodity you receive at our studio is time (for training sessions) and space (for classes). Accordingly, these policies allow us to reserve time for your private services, and space for you in class. If you will not be able to use the time or space reserved for you, we aim to make that time available to others as soon as possible.
FGF is committed to providing you with a high caliber of service. Your understanding of the reasoning behind advance notice, and your compliance with these policies, is greatly appreciated!
