A consultation with Feel Good Fitness is great for clients who plan to be active on their own and don’t really need regular sessions with a trainer. In this scenario, 1 or 2 sessions will get you on your way to confident independence! After learning about you, your needs and goals, I’ll recommend a program just for you, so you can dust off that old equipment in your basement or finally make use of your gym membership.
The Fitness Consultation can take place either in my studio or at your location. It includes your Initial Assessment plus a recommended program that considers your goals, preferences, schedule and special conditions.
