Whether we meet regularly or just a few times, personal training sessions at Feel Good Fitness show you how to get the most out of a movement program designed just for you, so you can be fit to do the things you love most in your life.
Our sessions take place in a private studio – a brand new space designed to be welcoming, safe and full of movement possibilities for every body. Here’s a general idea of how the process works.
All private fitness sessions begin with an Initial Assessment, even if we meet only one time. This first meeting allows me to learn your health history and status, your experience with physical activity, as well as your personal needs and goals. This is an important investment in getting to know you and your body, so it takes a little longer and costs more than the ongoing sessions.
As a first-time client, you can choose to purchase the Assessment alone and then decide how you’d like to proceed, or you can choose the Foundations Package, which offers you a discounted package of 4 sessions including your Initial Assessment plus three 50-minute sessions. The Foundations Package costs less than if you were to purchase these services separately. It’s my way of making it easy for you to get started! Many clients have found this to be a good way to get an idea of the services here, while also learning things you can use on your own forever.
After the assessment, private sessions are either 30 or 50 minutes, depending on your preferences. You can also choose to share this adventure with a buddy (or two) who has similar needs and goals to yours.
